Puppy Application

Ready to welcome a miniature dachshund into your family? Fill out the application below to join our waitlist. We review every application personally and respond within 5–7 business days.

How it works: once approved, a deposit reserves your place on the waitlist. Families choose their puppy in waitlist order at around 4–6 weeks of age, and puppies go home at 8 weeks with a vet health exam, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, early Puppy Culture socialization, and a starter kit.
